Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at VE Company, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term business relationships. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective business strategies and execute them to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business success.
  • Sales Strategy Execution – Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Market Research & Analysis – Conduct research to analyze market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Proposal & Presentation – Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and business proposals to clients.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure – Handle negotiations, finalize contracts, and close deals successfully.
  • Collaboration with Teams – Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to enhance business growth.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking – Maintain sales reports, track key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
